REMOVABLE PANEL AND INTEGRATED SUSPENDED CEILING SUCH A REMOVABLE PANEL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention belongs to the field of architecture. More particularly, the invention belongs to the field of suspended ceilings. STATE OF THE ART In addition to aesthetic, thermal and / or acoustic considerations, the installation of a suspended ceiling makes it possible to conceal in particular the ventilation ducts and the electrical cable trays by the creation of a technical vacuum, or plenum. To carry out maintenance on these technical installations, it is known to use a hatch. European patent application EP 0 976 887 for example describes a system comprising a base and a counterbase sandwiched on either side of a hatch, and integrated into a suspended false ceiling. The dimensions of the base are sufficient to support the hatch, while the dimensions of the counterbase are large enough to allow the hatch to be raised and released to allow access to the plenum for a maintenance operator. A disadvantage of such a system is that it detaches visually from the rest of the false ceiling, which can be annoying for false ceilings for which uniformity is sought. American patent US 8,056,294 describes an acoustic suspended ceiling comprising a metal frame intended to receive acoustic panels. The metal frame occasionally exhibits a resilient material making it possible to insert or remove an acoustic panel by elastic deformation of said resilient material. The acoustic panel is held in place by the resilient material which returns to its original shape once the panel is in place. In alternative embodiments, the resilient material can be used on the acoustic panels. A drawback of this system is that this type of installation is liable to damage the acoustic panel when the panel is placed in or released from the metal frame. STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION The invention aims to solve the drawbacks of the prior art. A removable panel according to the invention comprises: - a frame with a metallic frame; - an opening comprising a metal opening frame capable of fitting reversibly into said frame; - At least one magnet for maintaining said opening fitted into said frame; - At least one sling attached to said frame at a first end and reversibly attached to said opening at a second end; said removable panel being characterized in that it furthermore comprises at least one safety device capable of ensuring the fixing of the at least one sling to the leaf. In one embodiment, the security device comprises: a body in one piece comprising a fixing part and a substantially flat handling part forming substantially an angle of 90 °, said fixing part being fixed to the leaf and having a groove extending perpendicular to the plane of said handling part, rivets being arranged on either side of said groove; - an arm fixed at a first end to the body by means of one of the rivets so that said arm is able to pivot around the axis of said rivet to pass from an open position in which a second end of said arm is free to a closed position in which the other free rivet is engaged in a hole in said second end of said arm or vice versa from said closed position to said open position. In one embodiment, the security device comprises a graspable portion allowing an operator to grasp said security device to disengage the sash from the frame when said sash is fitted into said frame. In one embodiment, the gripping portion has at a free end a gripping means extending generally perpendicular to the rest of said gripping portion. In one embodiment, the frame has a square section. The invention also relates to a suspended ceiling comprising a set of modular panels characterized in that it comprises at least one removable panel according to the invention. In one embodiment, the suspended ceiling is an acoustic suspended ceiling and the modular panels and at least one removable panel are of the type: - ventilated filter panel composed of a metal frame covered with an openwork textile cover stretched over said frame or; - absorbent panel composed of a metal frame supporting an absorbent wadding and a microporous veil, the whole being covered with a textile cover. In one embodiment, the modular panels are held together by linear joining systems ensuring a flatness of said suspended ceiling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION With reference to FIG. 1, an acoustic suspended ceiling 1 is composed of a set of modular panels 10 available in filter panels 10F and in absorbent panels 10A, respectively named in the following description "filters >> and" absorbents> >. The modular panels 10 are fixed to each other by linear junction systems 6, themselves fixed to the ceiling by a cable system 2, as illustrated in FIG. 2. The 10F filters are acoustic panels composed of a metal frame covered with a perforated textile cover 11 stretched over said frame. The 10F filters make it possible, for example, to screen a light source located in a plenum located between the suspended ceiling 1 and a ceiling of a room in which said suspended ceiling is installed, or even to let air flow from an air conditioner. The absorbents 10A are opaque elements intended for acoustic correction. The absorbents 10A are panels composed of a metal frame, an absorbent wadding and a microporous veil, the whole being covered with a textile cover 11. According to the invention, the suspended ceiling 1 also comprises at least one removable panel 10T as illustrated in FIG. 2. The removable panel 10T also has a filter or absorbent function but can be partially disengaged from the rest of the suspended ceiling 1 to allow access to the technical plenum, as will be understood later. Each removable panel 10T is composed of a frame 100T and an opening 101 T, said opening being able to fit into said frame reversibly, from below said frame so that when the opening 101T is fitted in the frame 100T, the removable panel 10T is not significantly distinguished from the other modular panels 10 making up the suspended ceiling 1. Referring to Figures 3A and 3C, the frame 100T mainly consists of a rectangular metal frame, hereinafter referred to as "frame frame", having substantially the dimensions of another panel 10 of the suspended ceiling 1, and having four sections angled section capable of receiving the opening 101 T. The skilled person will understand from reading the description that the shape of the removable panel 10T is not limited to the rectangular shape but can be declined in various geometric shapes, depending in particular on the shape of the other panels of the suspended ceiling 1 in which it is intended to be integrated. The frame 100T is fixed to the other panels 10 by the same linear junction system 6 as that used between any two panels 10. Referring to Figures 3B and 3C, the opening 101T mainly consists of a metal frame, hereinafter called "opening frame" having substantially the dimensions of another panel 10 of the suspended ceiling 1, and comprising four profiles to square section on which is intended to be stretched the textile adapted to the role that the panel must play, that is to say filter or absorbent. Although the sections of the profiles of the sleeping and opening frames described above are those of a preferred embodiment, those skilled in the art will understand that they are not limited to these. For example, the opening frame could also have the shape of a C-profile. The opening 101T is equipped with a set of magnets 3 on an upper face 1010 formed by an upper face of the set of profiles of the opening frame. In FIG. 3B, the magnets 3 are distributed over two parallel sections of the metal frame, two of said magnets being placed on a first section and two other magnets being placed opposite one another on the parallel section. In this way, when the door 101T is fitted into the frame 100T, the magnets allow the said door to be held in the said frame by means of a magnetic force exerted by the magnets 3 on the metal frames of the door and the frame . A symmetrical distribution of the magnets as illustrated allows better retention of the opening 101 T, however those skilled in the art will understand that the number of magnets and their configuration are not limited to the example illustrated. With reference to FIG. 3D, the textile 11 of the removable panel 10T, shown in solid lines, is fixed to the upper face 1010 of the opening 101T and to an external face 1011 of said opening substantially perpendicular to said upper face, and said textile is tensioned only at a lower part of the opening 101 T, leaving an upper part of said opening free so that the opening frame can fit into the frame. The concepts of "lower part" and "upper part" are understood here by referring to the position of the panel once integrated into the suspended ceiling. Such a configuration of the opening 101T and of the textile makes it possible to use a metallic frame of a frame 100T of which two sections of profiles are shown in FIG. 3D. The sections represented have a square shape, a vertical branch 1000 of which is placed inside the frame of the 101 T sash. Referring to Figure 3E, two frames 100T of two adjacent removable panels 10T have two horizontal branches 1001 of the metal frame opposite. This has two advantages: - on the one hand, the gap between the panels is better controlled because, the vertical parts of the profiles of the frame do not interfere, because of their thickness, in the adjustment of the distance between the panels, which allows more freedom in adjusting the gap between the panels; - on the other hand, the frames are not visible between the panels by an individual moving in the room with the suspended ceiling. Although FIG. 3E represents two removable panels 10T, these considerations are also valid for two adjacent non-removable panels or a removable panel 10T adjacent to a non-removable panel. By way of example, FIG. 3F illustrates a vertical section view of two adjacent panels, the one on the left being a removable panel 10T, and the one on the right a filter panel 10F which is not removable. In this configuration, it appears that the configuration of the angled profile of the frame of the removable panel allows the gap between the two panels to be controlled since the vertical branch 1000 of the profile does not interfere in the management of this gap. Furthermore, it appears in FIG. 3F that the non-removable panels can be covered entirely with textile without preventing the implementation of the invention. The frame 100T and the leaf 101T are also linked together by a set of slings 4. In the embodiments of the invention illustrated in the figures, four slings 4 are intended to connect the frame 100T and the leaf 101 T. The slings 4 are fixed to the frame 100T and to the opening 101T so as to limit the fall of the removable panel 10T when the latter is not kept nested in the frame 100T. A set of safety devices 5 is also arranged on the opening 101 T. With reference to FIGS. 4A and 4B, a safety device 5 according to the invention comprises a body 50 and an arm 51. The body 50 is a single piece of metal, of which a fixing part 52 forms with a part of handling 53 an angle of about 90 °. The fixing part 52 is substantially flat and has a groove 54 along an axis substantially perpendicular to the plane of the handling part 53. Rivets 55A, 55B are arranged on either side of said groove, in particular, one rivets 55A makes it possible to permanently fix the arm 51 to the body 50 by a first end of said arm, so that the arm 51 is then able to pivot around the axis of said rivet by manual action. The safety device 5 can thus pass from an open (or unlocked) position illustrated in FIG. 4A to a closed (or locked) position illustrated in FIG. 4B, in which the free rivet 55B is engaged in a hole 56 in the arm 51 to block the movement of said arm. Conversely, the safety device 5 can be passed from a closed (or locked) position to an open (or unlocked) position by disengagement of the arm 51 from the free rivet 55B. Referring to Figure 3B, four safety devices 5 are distributed vis-a-vis on the two parallel profiles of the opening 101T having no magnet. The fixing part 52 is placed and fixed flat on the upper face 1010 of the metal frame of the opening 101T and the handling part 53 is flat on the external face 1011 of said metal frame. The dimensions of the safety device 5 are such that said device substantially matches the shape of the metal frame. The dimension of the handling part 53 is large enough so that, when the opening 101T is placed in the frame 100T, a gripping portion 530 of the handling part 53 protrudes and is thus visually identifiable. This gripping portion 530 is delimited fictitiously by dashed lines in FIGS. 4A and 4B. This gripping portion 530 makes it easier to release the opening 101T from the frame 100T. In an embodiment illustrated in FIG. 4C, the gripping portion 530 has at one free end a gripping means 57. In the illustrated example, the gripping means is a fold forming an angle substantially equal to 90 ° with the rest of the grip portion530, but this example is not limiting and other means could be considered, for example a hook. In all cases, the gripping means 57 extends generally in a direction substantially parallel to the fixing part 52, that is to say generally perpendicular to the rest of the gripping portion 530. Preferably, the gripping means 57 extends in the same direction as the fixing part 52 relative to the handling part 53, in order to prevent a security device 5 from interfering with another security device 5 , in the case where two removable panels are installed side by side in the suspended ceiling 1. In one embodiment, holes are made in the handling part 53, for example at the dashes appearing in FIGS. 4A and 4B, in order to weaken said handling part and allow an operator to detach all or part of the handling part 53 in the case where it would not be that it is distinguished from the rest of the suspended ceiling 1. As illustrated in FIGS. 5A and 5B, during the installation of the opening 101 T, each sling 4 fixed beforehand on the frame 100T installed in the suspended ceiling 1 is inserted into the groove 54 of a safety device 5 in the open position. The sling 4 is then reversibly attached to the opening 101 T, then the associated safety device 5 is locked, that is to say placed in the closed position, in order to prevent the sling 4 from coming out. of groove 54. Conventionally, the sling 4 comprises a cable, intended to be slid into the groove 54 of the safety device 5, and a component at each end of said cable, for example a ring or a hook, allowing the fixing of the sling to the frame 100T on the one hand, and to the opening 101T on the other. The exit of the sling from the groove 54 is prevented on the one hand by the arm 51 of the safety device 5 placed in the closed position, and on the other hand by dimensions of the component forming the end of the sling, which dimensions are large enough to prevent passage of said component through said groove. It should be noted that a single sling is shown in Figures 5A and 5B. The opening 101T is then fitted into the frame 100T, and held in the latter by the magnets. The broken lines shown on the frame, in FIGS. 5A and 5B, illustrate an imprint of each of the magnets 3 on the frame 100T when they are in contact with said frame. A thickness of the magnets 3 makes it possible to create a space between the frame of the frame 100T and the frame of the door 101T in which the slings 4 can be placed, when the sash is kept fitted into the frame 100T. slings are not visible to an individual located under panel 10. When an operator wishes to release the opening 101T from the frame 100T, for example to access the ventilation network, he grasps the gripping portions 530 of the safety devices 5 so as to be able to pull on said device to compensate for the magnetic force of the magnets 3 allowing the 101T opening to be kept in the 100T frame. In the case where the safety device 5 has a gripping means 57 as described above and illustrated in FIG. 4C, said gripping means facilitates gripping by the operator, in particular if the operator has greasy hands or wet. When the opening 101T is released from the frame 100T, the safety devices 5 can be unlocked to detach the slings 4 from said opening, which can then be freely manipulated, and in particular deposited to allow access to the plenum. It should be noted that, for safety reasons, if the safety device 5 is in the open position, the arm 51 prevents the opening of the door 101T in the frame 100T. This function is provided by the square shape of the metal frame of said frame. Indeed, as can be understood in FIG. 5A, if the opening 101T is installed while at least one of the safety devices 5 is in the open position, then the arm 51 of the at least one of the devices 5 will abutting against the vertical branch 1000 of the frame 100T, substantially vertical when said frame is installed in the suspended ceiling 1, thus preventing the establishment of said opening.
